Juliet Ibrahim getting her groove back after split from husband

Yeah, after the rain comes sunshine. Ghanaian actress, Juliet Ibrahim, may have been down for some time since the news of her divorce husband  Kwadwo Safo came to limelight but it seems the beautiful actress is getting her groove back.

The stunning actress was in Lagos over the weekend where she attended the City People Entertainment Awards held on Sunday, June 22, 2014.

Ibrahim obviously looked beautiful in a long black see-through gown by Swanky Signature,matching purse and shoes and spicing it up with a sharp red hair. She won the award for the ‘Best Ghanaian Actress.’ We all hope she gets over this trial period so fast and go back to work.

 While addressing reporters recently after her failed marriage, actress Juliet Ibrahim revealed that the marriage was a big mistake in the first place that should never have happened because she only married her ex-husband Kwadwo, after he got her pregnant when they were dating.

 As a result of the unplanned pregnancy, Kwadwo agreed to marry her so that they can give the child a home and start a family together. But to her dismay and constant agony, Kwadwo’s family never supported the marriage and even failed to show up during the marriage ceremony in open display of their disapproval and lack of support.

What further made the whole issue worse was that about a year ago, Kwadwo got involved with another lady who also had fair complexion and she started competing with her for the love and affection of her husband.

Juliet got very angry at her husband because the fair complexion of the said lady was as a result of bleaching and she wondered why her husband would fall for somebody like that.!

They couldn't manage the crisis that followed hence the marriage collapsed. It was also after the breakup with her husband that her relationship with Nigerian actor IK Ogbonna started.

Actress Confirms Her Divorce From Husband

There had been rumours that actress Juliet Ibrahim had split from her husband. A rumour Juliet and her husband repeatedly denied. But now, Juliet has come forward to confirm their split.

In a statement her people sent to GhanaCelebrities.com, Juliet Ibrahim says she has found it necessary to let her fans know today that, she is no more married to Kwadwo Safo —and the marriage ended some time ago. Reason for the split is due to ‘irreconcilable differences’ but that they have agreed to stay in close contact for the benefit of the child. 

With the interest of an innocent child on the table, we ask that you treat this difficult but necessary decision to put her divorce out there for her fans to know with respect.

Juliet Ibrahim's marriage reportedly ends as she dates Nigerian model/actor

Ghanaian actress Juliet Ibrahim is said to have broken up with her husband, Kwadwo Safo Jr., and is now dating Nigerian actor and model IK Ogbonna. It would be recalled that in March 2014, Razz Newspaper reported that they had gotten hold of a mail from a source which indicated that the actress was having grave issues with her marriage. According to the source, Juliet’s lavish spending and frequent traveling has put a strain on the marriage and her husband is considering divorce.

As expected, both husband and wife denied the reports. Well, latest information gathered indicates that the couple have divorced, and Juliet had been dating the Nigerian hunk for months. According to popular Nigerian blogger, Linda Ikeji, IK recently posted a link on his Youtube page, begging Juliet Ibrahim to take him back, following an apparent break up.
